Commercial Terms & Condition :

Price = Ex- factory, Kuruda, Balasore, Odisha
Payment = 40% advance at the time of order and balance at the date of delivery or before two month whichever is earlier by RTGS in our FEDRAL BANK in favor of BEST BRICKS UDYOG, A/C.no.=18530200002356, IFSC code = FDRL0001853, branch= Remuna, Balasore Odisha
Tax/VAT = Extra as applicable at time of delivery
Fright =To be borne by buyer as actual on to-pay
Unloading =To be borne by buyer
Insurance =To be arranged by buyer

Warranty :

12 month from the date of dispatch
All manufacturing defect are covered Wear and tears of the machine or any of its parts, during the working of the machine are not covered
Rubber and Electrical parts are not covered
Motors and gear box are warranted by their respective O.E.M.
The company will not take any responsibility for damage once the goods leave our factory

Erection and Commissioning :

Free of cost except all expenses such as, travelling, lodging, boarding and transport to be borne by buyer
Wooden pallets, hydraulic oil, gear oil and electrical wiring for power connection, foundation bolt, starter as required, to be provided by the buyer
Inspection of the machine can be done before delivery at our factory.
Shipping charges and other formalities for the replacement of parts during warranty period to be taken care by the client.
All kinds of Workshop Equipment like welding machine, grinding, gas cutting, lathe and drilling facilities would be provided by the client during installation and service period.
Jurisdiction of any legal dispatch shall be competent of Balasore, Odisha only.
